CONSULTING:  Do you have an ethics or power dynamics issue that you would like support, resolution, or strategy guidance for?  I work with clients or supervisees who have unresolved grievances, practitioners who are being grieved, and organizations in need of ethics consulting.  I offer guidance, strategies, and a grievance process that is focused on resolution and relationship repair rather than punishment.
