Right Use of Power and Influence is one of the most crucial needs of our time and one of the greatest challenges we face in leadership and in personal development.  Dynamic, inspiring, and relational, these books and experiential programs offer sound guidance for an emerging ethic that brings compassion to power.  Using both personal and professional power wisely and skillfully, relationships are empowered and difficulties, confusion, and harm can be attended to and repaired.

The program extends the reach of ethical sensitivity by including such topics as the multitude of dynamics of the power differential, four personal power styles, power parameters, self-care, shame, seven reasons why good intentions are not enough, the power paradox, and right use of power as soul work and world service.

This website contains four sections: Information, Online Courses, Workshops, and Resources.  To navigate to these sections, click on the various points of the compass icon in the upper left. In addition there is a Store where you can order products including the book, Right Use of Power: The Heart of Ethics.

In the Information section you will find a general description of Right Use of Power, what’s available, more about the author, testimonials, and an invitation to subscribe to the free quarterly newsletter.

In the Online Course section you will find all the information you need to begin earning CEUs through on-line home-study mini-courses.

In the Workshops section you will find workshop descriptions, workshop listings, and how to register.

In the Resources section you can fine a listing of Right Use of Power Teachers working in geographically diverse areas, and links to friendly connections.

My hope is that in exploring this website, you will be encouraged to see ethics in its widest perspective and inspired to discover a new model for effective use of power that is wise, compassionate, and healing.
